The design you will receive will be to an approximate scale with information provided by yourselves and land registry.
As an in person survey is not carried out, it is important that you provide me with measurements for windows, doors and any fixed features – such as trees.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR GARDEN
I WILL OBTAIN A LAND REGISTRY PLAN WHICH WILL PROVIDE BOUNDARY INFORMATION AND THE NORTH POINT
Your design will be colour A4 for printing at home and be to the same standard as Room With A View garden design, it will be to scale and suitable for a contractor to provide a quotation.The plan will include a brief schedule of works and specification of materials. A planting plan for this design is an additional £100.
