Terms and Conditions

DESIGN

(i) A commission document must be signed and returned to designer with

specified deposit.

(ii) Payment becomes due at each stage of design, the completed work will be

given to the client, at point of payment.

(iii) Additional works, ie. collecting samples, will be invoiced and due for

payment within 5 working days.

 

SOFT LANDSCAPING

(i) A deposit of 50% is required 10 working days before the plants are required

on site.

(ii) The full balance of the soft landscaping is due for payment within 5

working days of completion of project.

(iii) It is the clients responsibility to care for the plants, ie. watering and

feeding. Ownership of the plants will remain with 'Room with a View Garden

Design' until the plants are paid for in full.
