Initial site visit – £30.00 for 45 minute consultation

£15.00 per half hour for additional time.

Travelling expense / time – up to 20 miles round trip complimentary

From SO53.

(50p per mile for additional mileage)

 

Site survey.  Charged at £15.00 per half hour, plus travelling time.

Normally 1 – 2 hours.

 

 

CONCEPT PLANS

 

1 x colour concept plan + 1 b & w planting plan / schedule of works

£395.00 (A3) approx up to 250 sq metres

£500.00 (A2) approx up to 500 sq metres

£600.00 (A1) approx up to 1000 sq metres

For larger sites a site visit & quote is necessary

Or

2 x colour plans + 1 x b & w planting plan / schedule of works

£520.00 (A3) £650.00 (A2) / £800.00 (A1)

 

Both fees include 2 hours consultation time, 1 hour when initial concepts are presented, and 1 hour when final plan is presented.

 

 

Charges apply to either front OR back garden.

 

 

ROOM WITH A VIEW WILL PROVIDE A FREE DETAILED QUOTATION

FOR THE HARD LANDSCAPING & THE SOFT LANDSCAPING

A COMPLIMENTORARY SITE VISIT BY THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IS INCLUDED IN THE DESIGN FEE’S.

50% deposit plus payment strictly on receipt of plans, at each stage of design.
